How It Works- Place Your Order Online: Browse our online store and select the items you'd like to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose Instore Pickup: During checkout, select the "Pick up" option as your preferred delivery method.
- Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
- Visit Our Store: To ensure a seamless pickup experience, we kindly request that you contact us in advance to let us know when you plan to come for pickup. This allows us to prepare your order and have it ready for you when you arrive.
- Pickup Process: When you arrive, let our friendly staff know that you're here for an instore pickup. They will assist you in collecting your order.
Important Notes
- Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email with you when picking up your items.
- If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation and their ID.
- If you need to change your pickup time or have any questions about your order, please contact us.
- Orders not picked up within 7 days of confirmation may be subject to restocking fees or cancellation.
